Vesa, a native of Finland, has cultivated a lifelong passion for the marine industry. He initially embarked upon his career by entering a five-year contract with the Finnish Coast Guard, before transitioning to a role as Captain of private and commercial motor yachts, with vessels of up to 52 meters in length. Subsequently, Vesa has shifted his focus to shore-based roles, representing clients in countless transactions and demonstrating a consistent track record of successful outcomes. Vesa’s passion for yachting is reflected in his meticulous, project-driven approach to his work. His outstanding achievements have been widely recognized, including the esteemed ‘Best Refit Award’ for M/Y Auspicious in 2014 and for M/Y Elisabeth F in 2008. Notably, Vesa has recently led the New Build project Syzygy 818 (Pi), a 77.25m masterpiece built by Feadship, which was awarded the Motor Yacht of the Year 2020 Award.
